The book helps readers to be thoughtful, be able to imagine other’s feeling, and able to treat others the way they want to be treated. And it’s not only for couples that are struggling in their relationships but great preparation for those who are in the early stages or not in relationships at the moment.

The concept I found most fascinating was the idea that “love is an energy that nourishes and energizes us.” It made me look at my relationship in a completely different light. Loving behaviors are a necessity not a luxury.

The book fills a void in much of the self-help literature that does not offer readers concrete exercises to build skills and pragmatic ways to increase love and improve relationships.
Live Events
(Stefan is) very knowledgeable about love and relationships. Helps you learn how to communicate effectively with each other.
I learned how I can change my behaviour in a positive way. Change the little things I do to become a more loving person, more caring and a better wife specially..
I would recommend it to couples or even single individuals because relationships are important and it is really a very useful workshop.
